Architecture firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Hill have designed the Central Park Tower in Manhattan, New York, and is now the tallest residential building ever. It stands tall at a height of 472.4 metres. The higher floors of the tower will be occupied by condominiums. There is also a hotel underneath and a seven-storey Nordstrom store in the base. The exteriors are reflective which consist of a mixture of materials like glass, satin-finished stainless steel, which makes the whole building stand out. On the whole, this skyscraper can accommodate 179 residences that start from the 32nd floor of the building. They will house bedrooms from the range of two to eight and will cover 1435 square feet to over 17,500 square feet. The interiors for the project comprise of wooden parquet flooring, leather furnishings, and marble counters. The residents will also be provided with access to luxury amenities that are organized by an in-house private club, which is the Central Park Club. The outdoor area will have a swimming pool, sunbeds, dining areas, and gardens.
